2. Purpose of These Terms

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for accessing and using the La Ferme des Choseaux website, as well as the terms applicable to any accommodation booking made via the site.

Any use of the site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

3. Access to the Site

The site is freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
Users acknowledge that they have the technical means to access the site and agree not to disrupt its proper functioning (e.g. by attempting unauthorised access, modification or server overload).

CO-INVESTIR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close access to the site for maintenance or security reasons, without prior notice.

4. Website Content

The information presented on the site is provided for information purposes only and may be amended at any time without notice.

Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, CO-INVESTIR cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or outdated content.

Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

5. Booking Module

The site includes a booking module operated via a third-party WordPress plugin.
Users are informed that certain personal details (name, contact information, etc.) may be transmitted to this provider solely for the purpose of managing the reservation.

CO-INVESTIR cannot be held liable for technical malfunctions or errors originating from this third-party service. Specific booking conditions (payment, cancellation, etc.) are detailed directly in the booking interface or during the reservation process.

6. Accommodation and Stay Conditions

6.1 Classification and Capacity

• La Ferme des Choseaux is officially classified as a 5-star Furnished Holiday Let by Atout France, accommodating up to 10 guests.
• The maximum occupancy permitted is 14 people.
• Bookings are only accepted for groups including at least two adult guests.
• Groups of young people aged 21 or under are not permitted.

6.2 Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 3 to 6 nights, depending on the season, except for corporate seminars including catering services.

6.3 Conduct and Use of the Premises

• Parties and private events (e.g. stag or hen parties) are strictly prohibited.
• Furniture must not be moved inside the chalet.
• The chalet is entirely non-smoking indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The property is equipped with external video surveillance cameras for the safety of guests and the premises.
  No images are recorded inside the chalet.

6.4 Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 4 p.m.
• Check-out: by 10 a.m.

Unauthorised late departures may incur additional charges.

6.5 Included Services

The rental price includes:

• Personal welcome or secure key-box access;
• End-of-stay cleaning;
• Bed linen and towels provided, with beds made on arrival;
• Covered garage for 2 vehicles and outdoor parking for 2 vehicles.

6.6 Guest Obligations at Check-out

Upon departure, guests agree to:

• Wash and put away all dishes;
• Empty and dispose of rubbish in the municipal bins provided.

6.7 Optional Services

By written request at least 3 days before arrival.

• Mid-stay linen change;
• Breakfast service;
• Private chef;
• Grocery delivery.

6.8 Payment Terms

Full payment (100 %) is required at the time of booking.

6.9 Cancellation Policy

• 45 days or more before the start of the stay → 100 % refund of the rental amount;
• Between 45 and 31 days before arrival → 50 % refund;
• 30 days or fewer before arrival or during the stay → no refund.

6.10 Security Deposit

A €2,000 security deposit is required by pre-authorisation on a credit card at payment or on arrival.
The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, subject to an inspection confirming no damage or loss.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the site lawfully and in compliance with these Terms;
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information in contact or booking forms;
• Refrain from impersonating third parties or sharing unlawful or defamatory content.

Any fraudulent or unlawful use may result in access being suspended and, where appropriate, legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of CO-INVESTIR or its partners and is protected under French and international intellectual-property law.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from CO-INVESTIR is strictly prohibited.

9. Personal Data

Certain personal data may be collected via the site (contact form, booking module or cookies).
Management and protection of such data are described in our Privacy Policy.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, oppose, erase and transfer your data.
